Her workshop is designed to enlighten people on the amazingly positive benefits of clean, toxin-free skincare made with live, pure ingredients. A unique viewpoint on natural products built over 2 decades of experience with Superfoods and medicinal herbs and her own inner journey will be shared.

Part 1

Natural Living: Informative hour that includes some of the topics below:

- Philosophies of natural beauty and high vibe living
- Self-love and developing a positive inner dialogue about your body
- The best anti-aging ingredients in natural skincare
- Stress and a negative attitude as a major culprit of skin problems
- Simple techniques for self care and detoxing

Part 2

Beauty Solutions: Learning the basics of Superfood skin care preparation.

We will have Spa day and prepare our own skincare with live Superfods and high vibe ingredients. We will learn to identify various skin ailments and how to best treat them naturally. We will give one another Spa-type facials for glowing skin with the raw skincare products we will make.
HOW TO: We will prepare of facial masks from gels, seaweed, clays and superfoods for all types of skin conditions, as well as a cream or deodorant.
