Even so, on average, kids under 12 today, eat as much as 22 kilos of sugar per year! Hence, many parents today are craving for alternatives that do not break the budget and are simple to make, healthy to eat, and are loved by everyone in the family.
WHAT IS IT?
This Cacao workshop is an exciting dessert preparation class that will teach you to make gourmet chocolates and raw desserts using whole and Superfood ingredients that are dairy, sugar and gluten free and are packed with nutritional values.
WHAT WILL WE LEARN?
You will learn various techniques to make cakes, mousses, brownies, ice creams, cookies or health bars using organic raw cacao along with other Superfoods, Superfruits, nuts, seeds and grains.
This hands on course is a real treat for all ages, and your dessert creations will be the talk at any meal for years to come. Just be prepared to be called the “Dessert Queen” or “King” by everyone in your family! It will be a title well deserved.
